About Us

Social Impact 360 (SI360) International is a women-led social impact organisation dedicated to generating evidence, building local leadership, and supporting community-driven transformation.

Founded in 2020, SI360 was established to bridge the gap between research and real-world change. We work closely with communities to ensure that research informs action, programmes are contextually grounded, and impact is meaningful and measurable.

Our Mission

To engage in evidence-based research that informs, educates, and positively impacts the lives, programmes, and services of young people within their social contexts.

Our Vision

To leverage Africa’s local research capital to benefit and enrich socially responsive programmes and services that positively impact the lives of young people around the world.

Our Philosophy

At SI360, we believe that communities are experts of their own realities. Our approach centres participation, collaboration, and shared learning. We work alongside young women, community leaders, and grassroots organisations to build skills, confidence, and leadership capacity, transforming data into meaningful action.

Our Values

Inclusion

We are inclusive, intergenerational, and intersectional in our approach. As empowered Black African women, we intentionally create opportunities for young women and girls through paid work, upskilling, and engagement.

Feminism

We are unapologetically feminist and committed to gender equality. Our work actively empowers young women aged 19–26 to challenge power structures and advocate for freedom and equity.

Innovation

We encourage bold ideas and courageous leadership. We believe everyone has the potential to lead and influence change, and we continually evolve our approaches to expand impact.

Excellence

We pursue excellence in everything we do. Our research, capacity building, advocacy, and support services are evidence-based, measurable, and delivered with rigour.

Integrity

Trust and credibility guide our work. We deliver honestly, transparently, and responsibly across all our partnerships and commitments.

Our Reach

SI360 works across multiple regions, including Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Arab States, collaborating with partners at community, national, and international levels.
