Our Areas of Work
Social Impact 360 (SI360) International works across research, leadership development, and learning to support community-driven change. Our services are grounded in participation, evidence, and local leadership.
Community-Based Research
We design and conduct participatory research that centres local voices and builds community research capacity. Our approach recognises communities as experts of their own realities, and prioritises ethical, inclusive, and gender-responsive research practices.
We work alongside young community researchers—particularly young women—equipping them with practical research skills while producing high-quality evidence to inform programmes and policy.
Our work focuses on:
-
Ending child marriage
-
Gender-based violence
-
Adolescent and teen motherhood
-
Girls’ education and wellbeing

Our Training Model
Our training model focuses on developing a global talent pool of young women aged 19–30 with a passion for research and social change.
Through paid internships, mentoring, and hands-on research training, we equip junior researchers with practical skills while providing ongoing support from senior associates. Graduates join a talent pool where opportunities, partnerships, and further learning are shared.
